LADYBABY’s “Renge Chance” is the beginning of ramen metal … what have we done?

LADYBABY have dropped the music video for “Renge Chance“, in which they claim to have created ‘Rametal’ or ‘Ramen Metal’.

In contrast to BABYMETAL, a group whose music legit enjoy, I see LADYBABY as more of a gimmick than anything else. Fortunately then, the gimmick continues to provide entertainment, even if the songs are somewhat just there.

I can’t really hate on anybody who makes a metal song revolving around ramen anyway.
