Dreamcatcher member Siyeon has gone viral in Korea again*, this time for utilizing trending wordplay and switching tones flawlessly.
*It’s been a lot, especially compared to how often Korea pays attention to them otherwise. Listen in!
The two phrases are like “ah, get outta here” and “I’m baby“, and the wordplay comes in because they are written similarly but have different spacing, so Siyeon is getting laughs for changing the way they’re said without missing a beat.

As the trending post itself notes, this isn’t the first time she’s gone viral, as she started that whole thing where the chatter says “somebody is behind you” and the streamer replies “not anymore” while beating up the imaginary person.
——
She also went viral earlier this year for her take on the viral TikTok dance to HoneyWorks (Feat. Capi)’s “Kawaikute Gomen“.
And of course, around two years ago she went viral for telling off a Gahyeon anti (explained in here).
While I’d rather the group’s songs (and hers) go viral instead, the powers that be should at least put her on variety shows, dammit. Force her to go outside like her group members want her to!
