Seo In Guk acknowledges his ‘World Gay’ nickname, earned from a K.Will MV, during his Ideal Type World Cup video

About a week ago, Seo In Guk posted a video on his YouTube channel (did you know he had one? he does) where the concept was the Ideal Type World Cup, which is just basically picking one person over another.

To smartly avoid controversy, he did this with his own past acting roles and the love interest characters who starred with him. Amusingly, the first choice involved Yoo Jin Kang from The Smile Has Left Your Eyes versus Ahn Jae Hyun from K.Will‘s “Please Don’t” music video.

Seo In Guk was shocked by the speed at which this went from 0-100, laughing and saying “what the…” before acknowledging a nickname he got because of the K.Will MV, “Did you know that I used to have a nickname? It was ‘World Gay’.”

For those new to K-pop, you might as well watch this so you can get the memes from it, since they inevitably get referenced now and then.

Legendary stuff, and I’m glad he’s now validated the nickname officially. I mean, how could he not have seen it at some point, but it’s still nice, lol.
