In yet another shocker out of the Korean entertainment world, EXO member DO had reportedly chosen to not renew his contract with SM Entertainment and will be leaving the agency, according to Asia Kyungjae.
“Recently, all of the EXO members except for Do Kyung Soo have decided to renew their contracts. However, right up until the end, he decided not to renew after some very difficult discussions and negotiations.”
However, SM Entertainment has denied those claims as completely false.
A representative of the agency commented, “The report is completely false. We will release an official statement soon.” Another representative commented, “There is a lot of time left before EXO’s contracts expire.”
Should be interesting to see what they say, as denials regarding contracts don’t mean a whole lot.
