Yes it’s SXSW time again, and for the Korea Spotlight showcase this year, KOCCA has put together a hell of a lineup for the seventh annual version of the event.
This year’s lineup at SXSW includes YG Entertainment’s seven-member boy band iKON making their North American debut, former I.O.I. member turned solo star CHUNG HA, SM Entertainment/ScreaM Records super-producer and spaceman Hitchhiker, avant post-rock group Jambinai, Hip-Hop duo XXX, and experimental beat maker KIRARA.
Korea Spotlight will take place at Austin City Limits Live at the Moody Theater on Wednesday, March 13.
Barring anything unforeseen, Asian Junkie should have coverage of the event yet again.
Other Korean artists at SXSW 2019 include Jvcki Wai, CIFIKA, Big Phony, Drinking Boys And Girls Choir, Say Sue Me, and Duo Bud.
