BAND-MAID announced as opening act for tour stops of THE LAST ROCKSTARS (Yoshiki, Hyde, SUGIZO, MIYAVI)

Back in November of last year, the formation of the rock supergroup THE LAST ROCKSTARS (Yoshiki, Hyde, SUGIZO, MIYAVI) and their planned tour was announced. Seeing the quartet in action was plenty motivation for most fans to secure tickets, but as a rather insane added bonus, it’s been revealed that BAND-MAID will be opening for them at the Los Angeles and New York stops.

BAND-MAID will perform as the opening act for “THE LAST ROCKSTARS Live Debut 2023 Tokyo – New York – Los Angeles” in the United States!
THE LAST ROCKSTARS’ U.S. shows in NY on February 4 and LA on February 10 are all sold out, and the NY show on February 3 has been added due to the great response from around the world.
BAND-MAID will perform at all three U.S. shows.

As the press release mentions, unfortunately two of the shows BAND-MAID will be at have already been sold out, but you can get tickets for the added New York show still. Actually, that’s the only show on the tour with tickets available. Well, by the time this gets published even that added show might be sold out, so uh … yeah. Oops?

Regardless, the point of this article is that I’m extremely jealous of those who bought tickets to see the supergroup, and then it’s like oh-yeah-by-the-way you also get BAND-MAID on top of that, who I would pay to see on their own.
