Usually I can count on SEVENTEEN to at least bring energy to the table, but while the instrumental to “BOOMBOOM” gets off to a promising funky start, amusingly enough the song never explodes and it’s a rather flat dance effort.
It’s not terrible or anything, it’s just sorta … there.
