Modern fandoms are known for being crazy, but thankfully most of their mayhem is now done online. Back at the start of K-pop, however, things were a lot more physical.
One of the prime examples of the mayhem that went down during the infancy of K-pop is the case of the fandom of Sechs Kies destroying the car of a journalist.
During the group’s breakup concert, fans thought they had found the car of the CEO of the company Sechs Kies was under and proceeded to destroy it.
That’s crazy enough, but the thing is, it wasn’t even actually the car of the company CEO but a journalist who was assigned to cover the concert.
Poor guy.
