For all intents and purposes, Minzy seemed dead in the world of entertainment, but recently news emerged that she’s opening up her own dance studio. ‘Millennium Dance Academy‘, which I’m pretty sure is a franchise, now has a Seoul branch owned by Minzy. So she finally got tired of waiting around for YG to stop jerking off his two new boy groups, his new girl group, and Big Bang, and decided to go out on her own a bit.
On Instagram, she commented on the opening, saying, “I’m at my @millennium_dance_academy 🙂”. And on Twitter, she tweeted, “Thanks for ‘http://Kongminzy.com’ support!!!!!❤️❤️❤️#Allinfordance at @Millennium_D_A“.
A good move considering YG hasn’t even announced comeback plans for 2NE1 yet, and if he’s not even at the stage of planning one, then you know it’s at least like a decade away. Also, CL‘s American debut is still following that YG delay schedule, so who knows when they would even be available anyway?
But hey, at least 2NE1 didn’t kick Minzy out for pursuing this, AMIRITE?
