Dispatch documents New Yorkers having no idea what the fuck Tiffany is doing

Tiffany recently was in New York to do some shoot and Dispatch JUST HAPPENED to be there documenting all this.

However, the important thing is that in both Korea and internationally, none of the top comments address the people in the background, which is the whole goddamn glorious point.
